
Re-engineering How We Ride
INTRO
As the new owners of VanMoof, we’re re-engineering the way we ride. Since acquiring VanMoof, we’ve strengthened IT systems and built a global network of 50+ repair partners. To increase transparency and empower long-time riders to maintain their bikes with clarity and confidence, we introduced the VanMoof Archives, an evolving space where riders can explore the inner workings of legacy models, from step-by-step repair guides to technical drawings for the S2 & X2 series.
In my role, I led social media and community engagement and developed new product names with marketing research, incorporating linguistics, competitor analysis, and psychological insights. We also launched the brand’s first social media presence post-M&A, the post reached 3,033 likes and 201 comments, signalling a new era powered by McLaren Applied’s engineering excellence.
